EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How to make an exchange

Exchanges are made within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To make an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the Exchange and Returns Form available for download here.
  2. Pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, together with the Duplicate Invoice and the Returns and Exchanges Form, and send it to:

The resending of the order and the respective costs are the responsibility of the customer, however the sending of the new pair respects the shipping price list applied by Portside (Free Mainland Portugal, Islands and Abroad consult prices).

How to make a return with a refund

Returns are made within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the Exchanges and Returns Form available inside the order or download the document here.
  2. Pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, together with the Duplicate Invoice and the Returns and Exchanges Form, and send it to:

The value of the item will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt and will be made using the following payment methods:

  • Paypal if the purchase was made via Paypal;
  • Bank transfer if the purchase was made via IfthenPay.

 

Exchanges and returns will only be made once the product has been received at Portside’s premises and is in the same condition as when it was sent.

Exchanges and returns during the Christmas period

 

DELIVERIES

Orders placed by 7 December 2025: will be dispatched before 18 December 2025.
Orders placed after 7th December 2025: will be dispatched from 5 January 2026.

 

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER DELIVERY

For Portugal Mainland: When your order is shipped, you will receive via SMS and Email the shipping number associated with your order. You can check the status on FEMA or TNT.
For other destinations: Check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided via email on CTT.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For orders placed between 18th November and 7th December 2025: Exchanges and returns available until 15th January 2026.
For orders placed after 7th December 2025: Exchanges and returns available up to 15 calendar days.

 

CLOSING PERIOD

Our services will be closed between 24 December 2025 and 2 January 2026.

Exchanges and returns for personalised items

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Personalised items are considered to be all products in which changes are made to the model requested by the customer, such as: engraving initials, changing leathers and/or colours, half numbers, etc.
For personalized products, payment must be made in advance using one of the following payment methods:
