Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of order receipt.

To make an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Exchanges and Returns Form available for download here.
  2. Pack the item in the original packaging, securely closed, along with the Invoice Duplicate and the Exchanges and Returns Form, and send to:

The resending of the order and the respective costs are the responsibility of the customer, however the sending of the new pair respects the shipping price list applied by Portside (Free Mainland Portugal, Islands and Abroad consult prices).

Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of order receipt.

  2. Pack the item in the original packaging, securely closed, along with the Invoice Duplicate and the Exchanges and Returns Form, and send to:

The refund for the item will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt and will be made using the following payment methods:

  • Paypal if the purchase was made via Paypal;
  • Bank Transfer if the purchase was made via IfthenPay.

Exchanges and returns will only be processed after the product is received at Portside’s facilities and if it is in the same condition as it was sent.

DELIVERIES

Orders placed by December 7, 2025: will be shipped before December 18, 2025.
Orders placed after December 7, 2025: will be shipped starting January 5, 2026.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER DELIVERY

For Portugal Continental: upon order shipment, you will receive via SMS and Email the shipping number associated with your order. You can check the status through the FEMA or TNT website.
For other destinations: Check the shipping status of the order through the tracking number provided via email on the CTT website.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For orders placed between November 18 and December 7, 2025: Exchanges and returns available until January 15, 2026.
For orders placed after December 7, 2025: Exchanges and returns available up to 15 calendar days.

CLOSING PERIOD

Our services will be closed between 24 December 2025 and 2 January 2026.

Personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return. Personalized items are considered all products where alterations to the model requested by the customer are made, such as: engraving initials, changing leathers and/or colors, half sizes, etc.
