GET TO KNOW THE RECRAFTING PROCESS

When it comes to refurbishing your shoe, we carefully replace all damaged materials with new ones.

Thus, in a Recrafting process soles, midsoles, laces, WTD membrane and lining can be replaced.

At the end a finishing is applied to the leather, which moisturizes and beautifies it.

Let’s look at the Recrafting process:

    1. Initial status of the shoe sent by the customer.

    2. Sole is detached from the midsole.

    3. Midsole and sole are removed from the shoe. Liner and WTD membrane are removed.

    4. All elements are separated / stripped and analyzed individually.

The construction of the shoe is then started, with the addition of new elements, which were previously damaged.

In the image, the WTD membrane, lining, midsole and soles are then replaced with new ones.

    5. After adding the new elements, the sewing process is started and the manual stitching of the upper part of the shoe is started.

    6. New midsoles and soles are sewn and glued to the shoe.

    7. After the sole has been properly milled, and given the finish, the shoe is ready and like new!
