SHOPPING AT PORTSIDE

SHIPPING

To know the shipping costs you can check the value of the using the calculator in the shopping cart.

Orders will be shipped from 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment through the Post Office or Carrier (FEDEX) with the registration number that will be provided so that you can track the evolution of your online order.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

 

GUARENTEES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All items sold by Portside meet quality standards. For the analysis of any complaint, you can send an email to: geral@portside.pt

Returns & Exchanges

You have 15 business days after receiving the order to change or return it. The exchange or return must be made under the following conditions:

It must contain the original packaging with the complete units, along with the respective invoice.
The refund of the value will only be made after receiving the items in our facilities and after verifying them.
The reshipment of the order and the respective costs are the responsibility of the client, however, the shipping of the new pair respects the shipping price list.

Portside does not accept shipping pickup orders.

Changes and returns for personalized items

Custom items not subject to change or return. Customized products are considered all products in which changes are made to the model requested by the client, such as: initials engraving, skin and / or color changes, etc.

Cancellation

In the case of the cancellation of the order, this must occur within 48 hours after the order is placed, in writing and sent by email to geral@portside.pt that contains the following information:

PRICES

The prices that appear in the online store include VAT at the legal rate and will be duly detailed on the invoice.

CHANGES

Portside reserves the right to make changes in prices, sizes and availability or any other value shown, as well as to change the transport company. Changes may also occur in terms of description and packaging or technical specifications of the items. These changes do not reflect any reduction in product quality or efficiency. Any difference between the actual product and the photographs presented in the online store does not represent a loss or decrease in the quality of the item and in itself may not be a reason for return.

SUMMER VACATION CLOSING PERIOD

Our services will be closed between the August 16 to 30, 2024.

All orders placed during this period will be processed during the return week from the September 2 to 6, 2024.
During the closing period you can contact us through the contact form or via email: cliente@portside.pt.

CONSULT THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

Consult the orders shipping status using the tracking number provided via email.

SPRING BREAK - 2024

Our services will be closed between the April 16 to May 4, 2024.

All orders placed during this period will be processed during the return week from the May 6 to 10, 2024.
During the closing period you can contact us through the contact form or via email: cliente@portside.pt.

CLOSING IN THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Our services will be closed between the 20th of December 2024 and the 1st of January 2025. During this period, you can contact us using the contact form or via email: cliente@portside.pt.

CONSULT THE SHIPMENT STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
For Mainland Portugal: when dispatching an order, you will receive via SMS the shipping number associated with your order. You can check the status through the FEMA website.

For other destinations: Consult the status of shipment of the order using the tracking number provided via email on the CTT website or Carrier.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS - EASTER PROMOTION 2024

Campaign valid from March 20 to 31, 2024.

Exchanges are made within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange of promotional items is limited to stock, therefore, the sale price remains if the exchange item is in stock. If the new size or model is not in stock, the customer must pay the difference in value of the new item.
