Is my data safe?
We have an SSL certificate which guarantees that all data entered into our database is treated confidentially and securely.
All the data you provide us with will only be used for the purposes for which it is intended.
What payment methods are available?
We have several payment methods so you can choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Payments can be made via Multibanco, Paypal, MBWay, Payshop, Visa, Mastercard e American Express.
How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed and dispatched between 3 and 5 working days after payment has been received.
What's my size?
Check our Size Guide and find out the Portside size you wear by measuring your foot. You also have 15 days to exchange the size if necessary.
Where are our products manufactured?
All our collections are produced and manufactured in Portugal.
Are the products original?
Our online store is the only branded store. We only sell 100% original Portside products.
Are there Portside Stores?
Our brand store is exclusively via online.
You’ll find several of our products on sale in various shoe shops, in the case of resellers, which you can check out here.
We therefore do not have access to stock quantities or sizes.
Please contact the shoe shop in question if you have any questions about your purchase there.
