SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs are free for the entire Continental Portugal region.

For the remaining destinations you can check the value of the delivery using the calculator in the Check Out of the Shopping Cart.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the payment via CTT or the carrier (FEMA) with registration number that will be provided to you to follow the evolution of your order online.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through PayPal, HyPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Cash on delivery.

Payments made through cash on delivery have an additional cost of 3€.

GUARANTEES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS

All items marketed by Portside meet the quality standards. For analysis of any claim you can send an email to: geral@portside.pt

Returns & Exchanges

You have 15 working days, after the date of reception of the order to exchange or return it. The exchange or return must occur under the following conditions:

  • It should contain the original packaging with the complete units together with the respective invoice inside.
  • The return of the value will only be done after the reception of the articles in our facilities and after verification of them.

The order resubmit and the respective costs are borne by the customer, however the submission of the new pair respects the shipping Price table applied by Portside (Free in Mainland Portugal. Islands and Foreigners consult prices).

Portside does not accept payment-on-delivery returns.

Exchanges and returns for custom articles

Custom items are not subject to exchange or return. Custom articles are all the products in which changes were made to the model requested by the customer such as: recording initials, changing leather and/or colors, etc.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the order, this must occur within 48 hours after placing the order, in writing and sent via e-mail to geral@portside.pt containing the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Payment Method
  • Cancellation Motive

PRICES

The prices listed on the online store include the I.V.A. tax and it will be properly stated on the invoice.

Changes

Portside reserves the right to make changes to prices, sizes and availability or any other displayed value, as well as the change of the carrier. Changes may also occur in descriptions and packaging or even in the technical specifications of the articles. These changes do not reflect any reduction in product quality or efficiency. Any difference between the actual product and the photographs displayed on the online store does not represent the loss or diminution of the quality of the item and may not be a reason for return.

PROMOTIONS

Articles in the Promotions section are excluded from all campaigns in force on the website. The price shown is already with the discount included. Limited to the existing stock.
