TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping

Shipping costs are free for the entire region of Mainland Portugal.

For all other destinations, you can check the value of shipping using the calculator in the Shopping Cart Checkout.

Orders will be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days after receipt of payment via CTT or Carrier (FEMA / FEDEX) with a tracking number that will be given to you so that you can follow the progress of your online order.

Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal, Multibanco, MBWay, Payshop, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Guarantees, exchanges, returns or cancellation

All products sold by Portside meet quality standards. To analyse any complaint you can send an email to: cliente@portside.pt

Exchanges and Returns

You have 15 working days after receiving the order to exchange or return it. The exchange or return must occur under the following conditions:

  • It must contain the original packaging with complete units, together with the respective invoice.
  • The refund will only be made after receiving the products at our facilities and after checking them.

The resending of the order and the respective costs are the responsibility of the customer, however the sending of the new pair respects the shipping price list applied by Portside (Free Mainland Portugal, Islands and Abroad consult prices).

Portside does not accept delivery of orders for collection.

 

Exchanges and returns for personalized items

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Customized items are considered to be all products in which changes are made to the model requested by the customer, such as: engraving of initials, alteration of skins and/or colors, etc.

For personalized products, payment must be made in advance using one of the following payment methods:

DELIVERIES

Orders placed by 7th December 2025: will be dispatched before 18 December 2025.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER DELIVERY

For Portugal Mainland: When your order is shipped, you will receive via SMS and Email the shipping number associated with your order. You can check the status on the FEMA or FEDEX.

For other destinations: Check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided via email on CTT.

Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For orders placed between 18th November and 7th December 2025: Exchanges and returns available until 15th January 2026.

For orders placed after 7th December 2025: Exchanges and returns available up to 15 calendar days.

 

CLOSING PERIOD

Our services will be closed between 24 December 2025 and 2 January 2026.

Cancellation

In the event of order cancellation, this must be done within 48 hours of placing the order, in writing and sent via email to cliente@portside.pt containing the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Payment Method
  • Reason for Cancellation
Prices

Os preços listados na loja on-line incluem I.V.A á taxa legal e serão devidamente discriminados na fatura. (CONFIRMAR O QUE POR)

Changes

Portside reserves the right to make changes to prices, sizes and availability or any other value shown, as well as to change the transport company.
Changes may also occur in the description and packaging or in the technical specifications of the items.
These changes do not reflect any reduction in the quality or efficiency of the product.
Any difference between the actual product and the photographs shown in the online shop does not represent a loss or reduction in the quality of the item and in itself may not be reason for a return.

Closure Period - Christmas Holidays

Our services will be closed between 23 December 2025 and 2nd January 2026.

Closure Period - Summer Holidays

Our services will be closed between 15 to 29 August 2025. All orders placed during this period will be processed during the return week of 1st to 5th September 2025.
